Casi un segundo de diferencia existió entre la tanda clasificatoria del día de ayer y la jornada de hoy, en la que Gastón Grasso quedó como poleman definitivo de Turismo Nacional Clase 2 en el Autódromo Parque de la Velocidad (San Jorge, Santa Fe)
Con las dos clasificaciones cumplidas en el Autódromo Parque de la Velocidad (San Jorge, Santa Fe), Gastón Grasso quedó con la pole position en la 10º fecha del Campeonato Argentino 2019 – Copa Fiat 100 años, Trofeo Ford Camiones de Turismo Nacional Clase 2 tras cronometrar 1m27s169, bajando en nueve décimas el tiempo logrado por Martín Alessi en la jornada de ayer, sobre el Renault Clio del equipo Saturni Racing.
El piloto sureño, sobre el Toyota Etios asistido técnicamente por Gabriel Rodríguez y Rubén Guerini, cronometró 1m27s169 en la vuelta más veloz, superando por 0s256 a Alejo Borgiani, hasta aquí en disputa de su mejor etapa clasificatoria general en el Turismo Nacional, mientras que Ever Franetovich se ubicó en el tercer lugar, a tres décimas del registro referencial. El santafesino fue el mejor de los pilotos comprendidos en las principales posiciones del certamen en esta tabla clasificatoria, en la que Agustín Herrera clasificó en 20º lugar, dos puestos por delante de Nicolás Posco.
Gastón Iansa se ubicó en el cuarto puesto de la tanda general, logrando un destacado trabajo tras no haber clasificado en el día de ayer por inconvenientes en el Ford Fiesta Kinetic, mientras que Damián Romero cerró su primera clasificación del año en Clase 2 con un notorio quinto lugar, a los mandos del Toyota Etios del equipo JCB Motorsport, por delante de Diego Leanez (6º), Luciano González (7º), Damián Kirstein (8º), Damián Markel (9º) y Lucas Bagnera (10º), en la primera decena de pilotos.
Dos series clasificatorias darán el fin del día sábado para la Clase 2 de Turismo Nacional en San Jorge (Santa Fe). La primera de ellas se largará a las 15:00 horas, y tendrá a Gastón Grasso largando desde la primera posición, seguido por Ever Franetovich, Damián Romero, Luciano González y Damián Markel, en las primeras filas; mientras que a las 15:30 horas será la segunda serie, en la que Alejo Borgiani largará en la primera posición de la segunda serie, seguido por Gastón Iansa, Diego Leanez, Damián Kirstein y Lucas Bagnera.
